Delivery policy

All the products, unless other wise mentioned are dispatched with in 1-2 business days. The
products are dispatched in an extremely secure package so that your purchase reaches you in
the best condition.

Express Delivery: 

We use Fedex /UPS/DHL (depending on the available service at your location) when the  customer opts for express delivery option at check out. This is the safest and the fastest option  to get your items delivered at your doorstep within 5-8 days after the parcel has been  dispatched. Express delivery requires signature of the receiver which adds up to the security of  the parcel. 

For orders of value greater than USD 350, the articles are shipped via Express shipping (including insurance) only. True value of goods is declared for full insurance of the product.

Standard Delivery: 

DHL e-commerce is our standard delivery courier partner. Your item shipped using this service  will reach you in 10-25 days. This delivery option depending on your location is fully or partially  trackable. DHL e-commerce remains a highly trusted and safe option. 

Standard delivery is applicable for shopping carts below $350 

Delivery times mentioned above are only an estimate and do not account for holiday or leaves  at destination or source country. 

Customs fees are payable by the customer in full, any help regarding the package and the customs can be informed at the point of sale and we could try to help out in our limits.
