cleared parcels, no coupon or intimation is required, The delivery times for EMS Speedpost
varies and for delivery within 4-7 business days, we recommend to opt for Express services of
FedEx, UPS and DHL on checkout.
The Express shipping rates depends on Cart value, for carts valued more than $350, the parcels
are custom cleared and are exported under high value goods services and hence the higher
shipping rates. For carts valued less than $350, the parcels are not custom cleared.
DHL e-commerce is our standard delivery courier partner. Your item shipped using this service
will reach you in 10-25 days. This delivery option depending on your location is fully or partially
trackable. DHL e-commerce remains a highly trusted and safe option.

Customs fees are payable by the customer in full, any help regarding the package and the

We offer full refunds only when the item has not been dispatched.Once dispatched, and delivered any intimation for returns and refunds of the products can be made upto 6 days after the product has been delivered. Any returns will not be entertained post the 6 day period.

If the product returned, is received in the condition as it was sent, only then would the refund be initiated.
